How to turn on Discord anti-raid protection
- 1Invite BetterAntispam. You need Manage Server to add it. Leave Administrator on the invite so it can kick, ban, mute, and lock channels.

/setup andpick a log channel. - 3Run
/antiraid settings(Administrator). Join-rate detection auto-scales with server size. A server under 50 members treats 3 joins in 10 seconds as worth noticing and 5 as a strong signal. With auto-scale off, the manual default is 5 joins in 10 seconds. - 4Set suspicion scoring. Presets: 4 (strict), 6 (balanced), 8 (lenient).
- 5Leave the raid CAPTCHA at 120 seconds unless you have a reason to change it (10–600). Fail or time out and the account is removed.
- 6Run
/raidmode enable(Administrator) when you are being raided right now. Default punishment is kick. Ban or mute are options. enable_after can delay the switch. dm_members can warn people in DMs. - 7Turn on
/logging settings(Administrator) so raid hits have a home.

- Scores join rate and how suspicious each account looks. Detects raid phrases and invite links in profiles.
- Actions: kick, ban, mute, automatic lockdown, DM the member, log it.
- CAPTCHA gate for suspected raiders. Default 120 seconds.
- Shield (paid) adds similar-username detection and custom suspicion weights. Core anti-raid is free.
- This is not antispam. Chat floods belong to
/antispam settings. - This is not anti-nuke. A compromised admin deleting channels belongs to
/antinuke settings.
